If this is the first reporting year, users must enter zero (0) for the project area under the method (e.g. a new project or an existing CFI project transitioning to the ERF method).

If this is not the first reporting year for the project area under this method, users must enter the uncertainty buffer figure from the previous year's reporting (i.e. from table 28 in a SavBAT 2.1 Offsets Report, or from manual uncertainty buffer calculations made from a SavBAT 2.0 Offsets Report).
