2. Use Licence
Permission is granted to download a copy of the app (information or software) for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. Limitations
This application is to be used at your own risk.
- Hotspot location on any map is only accurate to within 1.5 km
- The hotspot symbol on the maps does not indicate the size of the fire
- Some fires may be small, brief, or obscured by smoke or cloud and go undetected
- Satellites detect other heat sources such as smokestacks
4. Privacy
The limited information accessed by the NAFI app (GPS location) of the user will not be shared with other users or parties.
